Zero Waste Forum to Shed Light on Future

ENTECH Zero Waste Forum, taking place concurrently with Environmental Technologies, Recycling and Zero Waste Forum – ENTECH between June 3-5, 2021, will host the world’s most prominent academics who dedicate themselves to a clean environment and future. The academics who will deliver speeches at the seminars will shed light on the future of the industry. Bureaucrats, academics, environmental associations, and students will closely follow ENTECH Zero Waste Forum, organized at CNR Expo Istanbul Expo Center.

 

One of the most noteworthy organizations held in Turkey on zero waste, ENTECH Zero Waste Forum will welcome Enzo Favoino, Scientific Coordinator of Zero Waste Europe and Member of the Board of ZWIA (Zero Waste International Alliance), and Dr. Ashok Khosla, former Director of the United Nations Environment Programme as speakers.

Maneka Sanjay Gandhi, serving asthe first female minister of environment in India for a long time; Claudio Tomasi, Turkey United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative, and Paul Ekins, Professor of Resources and Environmental Policy will also take part in the forum. OBE (Order of the British Empire) holder Paul Ekins has been serving as a Director of Research at the School of Sustainable Resources and Energy at University College London.

 

The most eminent academics that Turkey has raised on environment and zero waste will also deliver speeches at ENTECH Zero Waste Forum along with the international academics. Academics including Prof. Dr. Filiz Karaosmanoğlu, specialized in the fields of sustainable production, consumption, service, renewable-sourced energy technologies, Rifat Ünal Sayman, Director of REC Turkey for Central and Eastern Europe, and Prof. Dr. Ali Sınağ, drawing attention with his articles on Coal, Biomass, and Waste Technologies and holding 3 patents, will share their experience and knowledge with visitors.
